Slack + Suda: turn conversations into company context

Connect Slack to Suda and the decisions buried in threads become part of your company brain, ready for any AI agent.

Most of a company’s real decisions happen in Slack and then disappear down the channel. Suda connects to Slack and pulls those decisions into your company brain, so the answer that lived in a thread last month is still there when a person or an AI agent asks for it.

What Suda reads from Slack

Suda ingests the messages and threads you permit, links them to the work they are about, and keeps the current version. A decision in #product, a fix confirmed in #support, an owner named in a DM: all become connected context, not a search you have to run again.

  • Threads and channel history you grant access to
  • Who said what, and which message resolved a question
  • Links between a Slack decision and the Notion doc or Linear ticket it changed

Questions your team and agents can ask

  • “What did we decide about the refund window, and where?”
  • “Who owns the billing migration right now?”
  • “Has anyone hit this error before?”

You can ask straight from Slack, or let an AI agent query the same context over MCP.

Permissioned by default

Suda respects Slack’s access model. Private channels and DMs stay private, and you control which people and which agents can read each part of the graph. Sensitive context is never exposed to the wrong person or model.

Connect it

Setup is one command, then link Slack:

npx suda connect
