Suda Back to site

This policy explains what data Suda collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Suda is context infrastructure: we connect to the tools you authorize and build a permissioned context graph your AI agents can read. We treat that context as yours.

What we collect

  • Account data. Your name, email, and organization, used to create and secure your account.
  • Connected source content. When you connect a source (for example Notion, Slack, or Linear), Suda ingests the content you grant access to so it can be turned into context. You control which sources are connected and which are removed.
  • Usage data. Basic product and site analytics (pages viewed, features used) to understand how Suda is used and to improve it.

How we use it

  • To build and keep your context graph current.
  • To answer queries from the AI agents and people you have permissioned.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the service.
  • To contact you about your account or material changes to the service.

Permissions and access

Suda is permissioned by design. You control who and which agents can access each part of the context graph. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your connected source content to train foundation models.

Data retention and deletion

You can disconnect a source or delete your account at any time. When you do, we remove the associated context from active systems and delete it from backups on our standard rotation.

Sub-processors and security

We use a small set of infrastructure and analytics providers to run the service. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We limit internal access to what is needed to operate and support Suda.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at privacy@suda.so.
