These terms govern your use of Suda. By using the service you agree to them. If you are using Suda on behalf of an organization, you agree to them for that organization.

The service

Suda is context infrastructure: it connects to the tools you authorize and builds a permissioned context graph your AI agents can read. We may update, improve, or change the service over time. We will give notice of material changes that affect you.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You must be authorized to connect any source you connect to Suda.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Suda to break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
Connect data you do not have the right to connect.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Your data

You keep ownership of the content you connect. You grant Suda the permission needed to ingest, process, and serve that content back to the people and agents you permission. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Billing

Suda is free to start with no credit card. Paid usage is pay-as-you-go for what you use. Fees, if any, are billed as described at signup. You can stop using paid features at any time.

Availability and warranty

We work to keep Suda reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent the law allows.

Termination

You can stop using Suda and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
